I was very pleased with a notification by the Department of interior to all Kuwaiti citizen to respect the French ban of the Niqab or Hijab. Even though Kuwait is a Islamic country, only the expatriates living in Kuwait can vouch for its religious tolerance. Kuwait has been over the years very tolerant towards all expatriates working and living in Kuwait. It is with great pride I write here that instead of revolting or opposing the ban proposed by France, the great country of Kuwait along with its great learned people have come about to repect the law of another country and advised all its citizens travelling to France to respect its law and abide with it. Long live the Emir and the great people of the Land of Kuwait!
